Meet Luke Theophilus (MBACP)

I am a Licensed Therapist and member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I currently work at Aspire, Witney, as a counsellor for young people aged 16–24 years, and with adults of all ages (18+) in private practice.

I provide a safe, non-judgemental and inclusive space to explore your thoughts, feelings and difficult emotions. My approach is calm, relaxed and collaborative, working together with you at your own pace to navigate life's challenges.

Therapy can be tough, and it is my priority to ensure that you feel heard and supported along the way. We will work towards your own individual needs, whether that is to gain insight into who you are, make positive changes, rediscover your self-worth, or whatever is most important to you.

It is important that you find the right counsellor for you, so I offer a free 30-minute telephone consultation so we can have a chat and see if you would like to move forward with therapy.

I have a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, and I am fully committed to ongoing professional development.
